This wonderful day began at The Westin Colonnade where Marta and Rick found open arms and smiles of dear friends and family, as they got ready. Marta and her bridesmaids cherished this precious time with laughter, as she continued a tradition that predicts which of her bridesmaids will be married next. While getting ready, her bridesmaids wrote their names on the bottom of her shoe, and at the end of the night, the name of the bridesmaid that still remains would be married next! This is especially fun for Marta because in the same tradition, during her dear friends wedding, her name was the only one left and like the prediction, she was the first to marry! This beautiful couple’s lovely ceremony took place in the Epiphany Catholic Church, I was so excited to photograph this ceremony because the massive church windows gave a wonderful soft even light! After the ceremony, we made our way back to The Westin Colonnade to be greeted with a beautifully prepared reception. Alex found places to shoot this morning so we knew exactly where we wanted to take Marta and Rick. By the end of the night this amazing couple set out as their friends and family cheered them on as they drove off husband and wife! From start to finish this wedding was fun, exciting and most of all full of those laughs that come from the soul! Alex and I are wedding photographers because of weddings like these.
